The Big Dog

A high velocity water drop (emanating from a nozzel 1 meter above the surface), sets little droplets flying everywhere. One consequence of this process in atmospheric science is that when this happens in salt water, the tiny droplets evaporate and deposit salt particles in the atmosphere. These can later act as particulate nuclei in clouds and storms.
